MISSION STATEMENT
The .400Company is in the business of building better ball players. I started the company with hopes of giving ball players the oppertunity to get better by staying on top of the very latest training philosophies. Our ways of training are definately not the way your father trained when you come to us you have to be preapared to train differantly than you are used to. you also have to be prepared to push your self harder than you ever have before. We ask parents and players to think twice about joining the company. This is no place to come and have your ego inflated. We are honest in evaluating our players and we are not afraid to give a players moeny back if we feel he is not giving all he has. We expect our players to ask questions and trust what we teaching them. If they are asked to try something we expect them to give an honest try and if it doesnt work then we will find something that will work. We expect the players to go and practice what we work on at home and in practice.
Their is not one ball player that is perfect and that doesnt need to work on something and those that feel that they dont we call them sunday beer leaguers. Players should be getting help in some way from somewere although we prefer it from us but if you do go somewere else ask questions. Their are to many player not getting the help they need. High school coaches just do not have the time to help every player and players know that is true. And as much as parents want to think they know what they are talking about they dont always, the intentions are good but leave it to those who spend every mintue of their life in pursuit of the knowledge of building better players.
Do not get blinded by a instructors playing career or big name not all former players make great instructors. Being a player and an instrcutor are two differant things listen to what the instrcutor has to say and what they are teaching. And no tso much about how many years he spent in the minor leagues. Remember that instructors are teachers and they have to have a great repore with the client.
Here at the company we see every client as an individual we do not try and fit them into a cookie cutter mold. We do not teach what worked for us we teach what will work for them. We build from what the player has and we chip away some of the faults. We take the improvement of our players to heart here. We succeed and fail as they do, we do not have a big name so we realie on our reputation. This company is not here to make some extra cash this is our livleyhood this is our passion if the player fails we fail. Building better ball players is our life we put as much effort and thought into our training as if it was our own career on the line.
We feel that if a player has the hunger to improve we will help them and that nothing should stand in the way of them getting their especially money. That is why we keep our prices affordable and we will price match any legitimate company* out their and beat their price. We strive to give our clients the best that is why we are sponsored the best.
